OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. Authorized Users: By purchasing this rental, I understand that this equipment is intended for military members and CFB Kingston Rec Card holders in the Regular and Ordinary Category only. Rec Card holders in the Associate category do not qualify for this rental.

2. Identification: Renters must present their Military Identification Card or KMCSC membership card at the time of pick up.

3. Liability Waiver: A waiver must be signed at time of pickup. The PSP Staff reserves the right to deny the equipment if the renter does not meet the above criteria or have had their rental privileges revoked.

4. Equipment Pick up and Drop off: Monday - Friday 0830 - 1500 hrs. 

a. Renters must contact Sports Store at 613-541-5010 x 8750 or 3810 to make arrangements for pick up or drop off at KMCSC building R65, garage door #2. 

b. No equipment will be issued/accepted outside these hours. 

 

5. Loading and Unloading: Renters are responsible for loading and unloading equipment rentals.

6. Equipment Security: Renters are responsible to ensure that all rented equipment is properly secured during transportation and properly secured when not in use. a. Renters are responsible to replace or repair lost, stolen or damaged equipment

7. Equipment Return: All rentals will be checked to confirm quantity, cleanliness, and serviceability upon return. Dirty or wet equipment will not be accepted. Additional rental fees may apply for equipment not returned properly.

8. The following recovery procedures will be implemented when equipment is not returned on the date as per the rental agreement or MSA request.

a. Renter will be contacted by email and telephone to return equipment;

b. Individual users who do not adhere to the terms of the rental agreement, or demonstrate negligence in the use and care of the Outdoor equipment will have their rental privileges revoked; and

c. Additional charges (applicable daily rental fees) will be applied.
