Upon pickup you will be required to sign and agree on the following terms:
1. The period of use shall not exceed one (1) day.
2. The user shall use the E-Bike in a careful and proper manner and shall not engage in any activities that may damage the E-Bike.
3. The user agrees to store the E-Bike inside a secure location when not in use to prevent theft or damage.
4. The user shall return the E-Bike to PSP in the same condition as it was issued, normal wear and tear excepted.
5. Scratches or dents on the frame - Damage to the battery or electrical components - Broken or missing parts - Excessive dirt or mud accumulation - Any modifications made to the E-Bike without prior consent is not accepted.
6. The user acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the E-Bike during the trial period.
7. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of the E-Bike.
8. By signing below, the user acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
